Jethro Tull AqualungThank you to Nancy for the very best version of this album on vinyl, which is one of my top 10 favorite albums of all time! This is the version released on the Reprise label. Notice the Reprise logo in the top right corner on the LP. The quirky thing about this album is that it is known for bad sound. However, the album sounds good if you have the best sounding release of this LP in the right format. To make a complicated story as simple as possible you should steer clear from the 1996 remaster on compact disc. It sounds terrible. If you are looking for this album on vinyl, you should pick this version on reprise. The Steven Wilson version that was remixed on a computer from 2011 sounds very good as well, but loses a bit of that magic vinyl sound.
